COOKING CLASSES   An unforgettable experience to explore ingredients and traditional Tuscan culinary techniques in a intimate and friendly setting.    Our experienced cooks have no Michelin stars: only a natural talent handed down by mothers and grand-mothers. With their hands-on cooking instruction you will prepare a four course meal following typical recipes and using naturally grown, top-quality products.    At 10.30 am. the cooking lesson will start to end at about 13.00 pm. The perfect time to have lunch all together, drinking a glass of wine and eating the gourmet meal you produced.    On Monday morning, we could start the lesson at 9.30 with a shopping tour at the local market in the medieval hamlet of Loro Ciuffenna.    For small groups ( 6 to 15 people) we can organize more challenging classes with professional chefs. Lessons take place in the morning with lunch to follow, as well. Menu will be previously agreed with the chef, according with specific requests. The traditional Tuscan four course meal could be replaced with home made pasta making, pastry making and many more.
